There’s an app for that

If you’re looking for some help to a little weight, look no further than that iPhone that is constantly clutched in your hand.iphone

Believe it or not there’s an app to help you stay on track…hundreds in fact.

There’s the Lose It! app, which lets you plug in how much you weigh now and how many pounds you want to lose and then calculates how many calories you can eat to reach your goal.  It also lets you keep track of those calories, as well as the ones you burn off through exercise.

If you’re keeping an old-fashioned food journal (like me), there’s the LiveStrong app which has calorie info on 450, 000 foods.

And for all you Weight Watchers…there’s the iWatcher app.
