Shrink Your Stomach!

How many times have you heard that claim? 

But believe it or not, you can make your gut smaller without the aid of magic pills or weird exercise equipment.

Let me be clear, though.  We’re not talking about the part of your stomach that hangs over the waist of your pants.  Nope. This time it’s what’s on the inside that counts.

Apparently, shrinking your stomach is as simple as (drumroll please) eating less. And a smaller stomach leads to getting full faster which means eating less and maybe losing weight.
