Stress, what stress?

Feeling stressed, but don’t have the time or money for a massage?  Just take a deep breath and relax.  Seriously.  According to a new study appearing in Depression and Anxiety (what a name, huh?)  massage is no more effective at reducing anxiety than deep breathing and soothing music.  Granted, the study only surveyed 68 people, but still, it’s worth taking under consideration.  Read more here.
