Pop goes the booty

Ok, so how many of you ladies have heard of Booty Pop?

It’s a product meant to be used by those of us with less endowed backsides (not that I know what that’s like).  With the popularity of celebs like Kim Kardashian and Jennifer Lopez…women no longer care to get rid of their derrieres.  Instead…it seems “bigger is better” is the new rule.  (About time!) That’s where Booty Pop comes in. 

As you can see, Booty Pop is basically padded underwear that strives to give you what your mama didn’t.  Sounds silly.  But it’s creators are laughing all the way to the bank.  The company reportedly expects to sell a million this year at 20 bucks a booty pop.

Ladies, you don’t need underwear to make your behind more curvey.

Just a few simple exercise will help you get the same effect, albeit more slowly.

When strength training, try adding deadlifts, weighted pelvic lifts and squats into your routine.  If it’s a cardio day, try walking up a steep incline instead of running on a flat treadmill.
